No. The support time in your WordPress Care Plan is set aside each month and is not rolled over. This is so that I can dedicate myself to each client at their allotted time.
If you go over your alloted time occasionally it will be billed at a discounted rate, however, if you are continually exceeding your alotted time I can offer more support time for an additional monthly fee please email sales@lucidfox.uk to discuss.
Yes, no problem. If you find that the Care Plan you are on is not suitable for your business, simply contact me at support@lucidfox.uk and I will adjust your plan and relevant invoices at the end of that calendar month.
In the very unlikely event your website goes down, I will restore the latest backup of your website and get your site up and running again in no time.
No problem! Although my plans are created for sites I build or re-design, I very much welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.
First I will need to do an audit of your WordPress website to see if you would be suitable for one of my Care Plans. This WordPress website audit service would be charged at £99. Once the audit is complete I will suggest a Care Plan that best suits you and your business and how you can proceed. Please just fill in the request form below.
Absolutely Not! It irk’s me when I see other agencies forcing this on people. Obviously if I discover an issue on your website which only the hosting company can resolve, I won’t be able to assist (apart from giving you the details to pass on)
First of all your site needs to be a WordPress site and I would need access to your website’s admin section so that I can conduct a WordPress website audit (if required).
Once
I will make regular software and plugin updates, to keep your website secure, as well as make small content and/or design changes that you have specifically asked for. I will also install and setup any new plugins you wish to have installed.
Major design changes or large web feature changes are not covered under the Care Plans. If you want large scale changes to your site, please contact me at support@lucidfox.uk and we can discuss your requirements.
Just fill out the form below, you will receive a log on to my client portal and a questionnaire to complete regarding your site, after the audit I will get back to you with a recommended care plan based on your site and we can go from there.
Auto updates may look like an amazing feature to a novice, however what happens if the update breaks something on your site? Did it take a backup first so you can roll back?
Minor updates are usually fine to just do automatically but WordPress does not yet distinguish between major (possibly site breaking) and minor (probably safe) updates.
If you website is an important tool for your business I still reccomend having a care plan as it’s more than just updating plugins and themes.
