I know that diving into a new website project can come with a few questions.
Don’t worry, you’re not alone! I’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions to help put your mind at ease and get you one step closer to your stunning new site.
How long does it take?
Typically, starter websites take 4-6 weeks and larger sites take 10-12 weeks. However, if your project is more complex, it could take up to 16 weeks to ensure everything is just right. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll always know what to expect!
Can I add more pages, plugins, etc myself?
Absolutely! You can easily expand your site using the page templates I provide. However, the option to add extra pages is only available if included in your proposal. If you’re on a management plan, I’ll handle plugin installations to ensure your site remains secure, fast, and up-to-date—without any surprise costs.
Do I have to have a management plan?
No but it is recommended. My management plans include access to the developer tools I use to build your website, along with updates and essential security. Without the management plan, you will be required to pay for the tools yearly at a higher cost.
Can I use this to sell products?
No. E-commerce frameworks can be costly and time-consuming to develop. I do not offer services to full e-commerce sites, as quite frankly, I find it boring and demotivating to do them.
Are there any payment plans?
Standard payment plans are a 40% deposit, a 30% milestone payment (usually after design signed off) and then a 30% final payment due before the site goes live. However we do offer more flexible payment terms for larger projects, all of which will be detailed on your proposal.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Two (2) free revisions are included at the design stage; once you have signed off on the design, no more free revisions will be made available to you.
Do you offer any guarantees?
I don’t offer a money-back guarantee because websites don’t generate immediate returns. Search engines take time to index and rank your site, even if it’s just a redesign. However, I do provide a 30-day post-launch warranty to fix any overlooked errors or make small changes to your website.
